What a great experience! First, I contacted a few companies about cleaning my Luminettes and only Harriet gave a quick response, trusting me to give her accurate information and then a specific quote. Others asked for pictures besides measurements then did not return with a specific quote, etc. Most importantly the job was done as scheduled today with Harriet especially focusing on and eventually removing the paint splatter that I had unfortunately left. She was tenacious and clearly determined even though she had only promised to try! The results are fabulous with my Luminettes looking new. Everything was done efficiently and fastidiously with no clean-up for me to do! I highly recommend Onsite Drapery Cleaning and will contact them again when I have other items to be cleaned. ~ Rhoda V

This was our first time using Onsite Drapery. Our living room and bedroom drapes, roman shades and valences had not been cleaned in five years. Additionally we were in the middle of renovating our apartment. I asked Harriet if she could clean our window treatments off premises and scheduled an appointment for and her team to come in. The whole experience was great. They were punctual, tidy, very friendly and did a wonderful job. They removed, cleaned and reinstalled all of the window treatments and worked with our schedule. I also used Onsite Drapery to clean my living room sofa and chairs. Again, great results. I would definitely use Onsite Drapery again and would recommend them to my friends and neighbors. ~ Anna L

This is the second time I have used This company. The first time was maybe eight years ago when I had a leak in my kitchen and it went all over my silk window treatments.. Years later, with the horrible weather we've had, the ice melted and somehow got into the window and leaked all over the same window treatments. Immediately, I said, I have to call Harriet.. Within about two hours, she came, picked it up And in less than a week, I have it back on with all of the stains gone. I highly recommend this company. ~ Jill R

They are the best! Did a beautiful job cleaning my Hunter Douglas shades. They are easy to work with, always respond to emails and very polite. Shades came out like new. Can’t ask for more than that. Onsite Drapery Cleaning did a very professional job of cleaning our custom drapes and roman blinds. Harriet was very responsive in scheduling the appointment and providing an insurance certificate, and she sent two uniformed technicians who came on time, protected our furniture, and used high-quality, industrial-strength machines to vacuum and clean our window treatments. They cleaned all five of my large blinds and fixed one where the string had broken. Very professional at every stage. I asked for an estimate and found that estimate compared favorably to other vendors. They also kept to that estimate as the final bill for the project. Harriet and her crew came to clean my silhouette blinds a couple of years ago. They were pleasant,professional neat and clean and did a wonderful job When the blinds need another cleaning I’d only call her. Where do I start? Net: If you are lucky enough to find Onsite you are having one of the best days of your life. You will be luckier when you meet Harriet Joseph and her Team. A large project at my apartment (replacement of all of my oversized windows) lasted not 4 weeks as promised but 4 months! I can say that the only ray of sunshine during that soul deadening period was Harriet Joseph. She is as honest as the day is long and never placed another layer of anxiety upon me. Harriet was soooo helpful in deciding what could be done with over 100 yards of drapes (cream color). The cost to replace them would have been prohibitive. With Harriet's experience and honesty we came upon a solution which actually worked and saved me a small fortune. Harriet became my guardian angel throughout this entire four months of pure hell. Not once did she try to bring the drapes back before the construction was done. Not only did Harriet become my angel but her whole team reflects all that Harriet stands for: professionalism, excellence, patience, thoughtfulness and courtesy; all wrapped in quiet smiles.
